Folklore believes that the best companies are not built in isolation and that all founders can use support on their company-building journeys. We have invested in building a dedicated Support Stack that includes learning experiences, resources and a community to empower our founders and their teams to build enduring startups right from the start.
We created Chapters to nurture the next generation of startup builders in ANZ. They offer immersive cohort-based learning experiences that are open to the whole startup ecosystem.
Each Chapter is supported by industry experts and goes deep into the critical knowledge required to build and grow startups. Our first Chapters focused on People and Culture, Growth, and Design, and participants learnt from experts at the likes of Airbnb, Netflix, ClassPass, Uber as well as local greats like Koala, Eucalyptus, Linktree and Airwallex.
In its first year, over 230 people completed a Chapter. These alumni go on to become part of the wider Folklore family, are added to our Campfire community, and join us at regular Folklore events.
Campfire is a communications and resource platform for our portfolio and extended Folklore family, including founders, operators, Chapter alumni, coaches, mentors and other super special people we meet. We offer a private communications channel to build peer relationships and offer virtual and in-person event series. Campfire also includes a hub with all of the best templates, policies, frameworks, and best-practice resources our companies might need as they grow. Campfire is also a directory for the best service providers in our ecosystem and a place for special access to discounts, benefits and deals from our vetted partners and third-party vendors.
